Board of Directors
Our founding board is being seated.
PartnerSF will be governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Directors will be listed here once appointed; the planned board structure is set out in our draft governance framework.
Governance
How we are structured
PartnerSF is a San Francisco nonprofit, led by its founder while its founding Board of Directors is seated. Our structure is designed to keep strategic oversight by a volunteer Board separate from day-to-day operations — preserving institutional accountability at every level.
The Board will set organizational policy, approve annual budgets, and exercise fiduciary responsibility. Under our draft bylaws, directors are elected by the Board. Our draft governance framework aims for a board that brings together civic, private-sector, community, and technical expertise, so that decisions reflect the partnerships we serve.
Under our draft bylaws, the Board may appoint an Executive Director to manage programmatic operations across PartnerSF's three units — Collective, Insights, and Activations. Until the board is seated, the founder leads this work.
We post our governing documents on this page. IRS filings and financial statements will be posted here as they are filed — transparency is a structural commitment to the neighborhoods we serve.
